If you recall my review of their original 15 pan palettes (the first empty palettes that they released) you'll recall what I had to do to make it magnetic. I had to cut up corned beef cans into small square pieces & glue them to the bottom of the palettes. I then had to attach small magnets on to the back of the pans so that the pans would stick to the square metal pieces glued to the bottom of my palette. It was definitely a pain in the butt. LOL.
SO stoked that they offer these already magnetized palettes! =] That's all I wanted. Only downside is I have to crush up my pigments that I already pressed & re-press them into the new magnetized pans. Oh well, it'll definitely be worth it. Now, I just don't know what to do with my old palettes. I'll probably end-up giving them away, although I don't know who'll want them cause they're kinda scuffed up & definitely not like new. LOL. Who knows, maybe someone will want them? *shrugs*
Anywho, here's the link to the new palettes that they're selling:
12 Piece Empty Magnetic Palette 26mm Pan Size
Granted, the new ones only hold 12 pans, but I'll gladly give up the 3 extra pans for a palette that's already magnetized. LOL. =] Yay! I ordered three... cause that's exactly how many I need. =P Excited. Will do a video on them comparing the new already magnetized ones to the old non-magnetized ones! =]
P.S. I forgot to mention that the new magnetized palettes are the SAME price as the old non-magnetized palettes. =P Both cost $7.95, now you can't be mad about that. =P
