So that's why I've been MIA... again. Haha. Well, part of the reason. :P For the past week I've been trying to nurse my tongue back to health. :P The swelling & all that is gone, for the most part anyway, but I still have somewhat of a lisp. =/ Lame. I have a feeling that won't go away until I change out my tongue ring for one that ACTUALLY fits cause this one is HELLA long, seeing how my tongue isn't swollen anymore. Haha! :)
But OH how good it feels to EAT again. Geezus, a liquid & soft foods diet for 2 or 3 days? That was honestly the WORST part because I love me my food. Haha!
I've been shopping around for tongue rings & I think I've found some winners. Haha. I'll figure out if I'll buy them later cause I'm kinda unsure of what my APPROPRIATE tongue ring size is. Things such as gauge (although I'm assuming it's 14 g, I THINK, since that's the most common gauge tongue's are initially pierced.) & what length (this I have no clue what my particular size is whether it be 1/2" or 5/8" so I'll go to a piercing parlor & figure it out in about a week or so once it's healed up.)
I plan on getting a tat but I'm still trying to figure out what type I want. I don't just want to slap anything on there. LOL. Unlike a piercing, tatoos are PERMANENT. LOL. Unless you have the greenbacks later in life to get it removed... LOL. :P But why go through the hassle? Heh.
So yeah, as soon as I get the right size tongue ring & get rid of this lisp (LOL!) I don't think I'll be updating soon. Hopefuly it's sooner than later.
Oh, the other reason I was MIA was cause it was the holiday season & I was spending all of my time with fam & the bf. Then the bf got sick & I had to nurse him and my tongue back to health simultaneously. Haha!
The plans for this weekend is to make the trek to Chinatown in the heart of LA for THEE BEST chinese food. :) That's my treat for myself since I pulled through the first week of anorexia. Haha! Psyche. BTW... I could NEVER be anorexic... I'd rather die than NOT eat. I'm def a fatty. Haha. :P Anyways, that's all. :]
