FOTD: Sultry Autumn

Wednesday, January 28, 2009

Just cause Tao request that I post an FOTD. LOL. This is a boring one which is why I wasn't planning on posting it... but it's been a while since an FOTD. Haha. =] I used very autumny colors; some gold, black, brown, & cream. I wore this look on January 24th & this is the very same look I'm wearing in my last YouTube video for those of you who subscribe. =] So you may be able to see it better in the vid too (if you view it in high quality). Sorry no eye close-ups. =P Anywho, here it is. =]

WHAT I USED
FACE:
Buff'd Concealing Mineral Foundation in "Buff"
MAC Studiofinish Concealer in "NC30" (on blemishes)
Ben Nye Powder Rouge in "Contour No. 1" (contour for entire face)

CHEEKS:
MAC Blush in "Melba" (applied lightly w/ a skunk brush)
MAC MSF in "Soft & Gentle" (highlight on cheek bone)

LIPS:
MAC Lipstick in "Freckletone" (AWESOME nude lippie! =] A new fave of mine)
NYX Megashine Lipgloss in "Natural"

EYES:
MAC Paint Pot in "Painterly" (base)
Coastal Scents Gel Liner in "24 Karat" (2nd color base)
Gold Color from Sleek i-Divine Palette in "Original" (on inner 2/3 of lid)
Matte Dark Brown Color from Sleek i-Divine Palette in "Chaos" (in & above crease as well as in the outer 1/3 of my upper lid)
Matte Black from Sleek i-Divine Palette in "Chaos" (in crease, on outer 1/3 of lower lash line, & in outer 1/3 of upper lid)
Milani Single Eyeshadow in "Almondine" (higlight & transitional color)
Shimmery White Eyeshadow from Jesse's Girl Bejeweled Palette #1
Covergirl's Lash Blast Mascara (on upper & bottom lashes)
Jane Be Pure Mineral Gel Liner in "Black" (on upper lash line)
NYX False Eyelashes

Lately, I've been very fond of smokey eyes. :P Dunno why... & I'm talking netural smokey eyes... not colorful ones. =] Probably cause... they're easy to do. LOL. =D

So that's all. I got more tongue rings in but I'll save that for a later post. =] BUT, I've finally been able to find the PERFECT size post for my tongue ring (not too long at all!)... turns out it's 1/2"... I know... that's freakin' tiny. Haha. Standard size tongue rings are 5/8". LOL. Okay... more later. Bye. =]
